Direct Fulfillment: All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in Concord, Ontario, Canada. We maintain direct oversight of our physical inventory to ensure quality control.

Estimated Delivery: Most orders reach their destination within 5 to 10 business days.

Order Tracking: Automated tracking notifications will be sent to the email address provided at checkout at key milestones, including dispatch and out-for-delivery status.

Delivery Issues: If an order exceeds the standard transit time, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Depending on the outcome, we will provide a full refund or a replacement shipment.
