    We provide international delivery services exclusively to the United States and the European region. To maintain a high standard of service, we collaborate with premier global carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, utilising their Priority and expedited shipping tiers to ensure reliable transit.
  2. Order Processing & Transit Timelines
    Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Excluding Canadian public holidays).

Estimated Delivery: Following the processing period, orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that while we strive to meet these estimates, external factors such as seasonal peaks or international customs procedures may occasionally influence transit times.

  1. Automated Tracking & Notifications
    We are committed to keeping you informed at every stage of your order’s journey. Automated status updates will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase during the following milestones:

Shipment Confirmation: When your order is dispatched from our facility.

Carrier Transit: When the package arrives at a major logistics hub.

Out for Delivery: When the local courier begins the final delivery attempt.

Each notification includes a unique tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real-time.

  1. Origin of Shipment
    All products are inspected, packaged, and dispatched directly from our dedicated facility located at:

  2. Delivery Discrepancies & Resolutions
    If your shipment exceeds the standard delivery window, please contact us at curtain@solidportaldrape.com. Upon notification, we will immediately initiate a formal investigation with the respective carrier.

Depending on the outcome of the investigation and the specific circumstances of the delay or loss, Solidportaldrape will resolve the matter by providing either a full reimbursement or a replacement of the items at no additional cost to the customer.

  1. Customer Obligations
    It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information. Solidportaldrape cannot be held responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect address details or the recipient’s absence at the time of delivery.
  2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
    For our customers in the US and EU, we operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. All prices include taxes and duties—no additional fees will be collected at delivery.
