How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to process and prepare all orders for dispatch within 1–3 business days. To ensure quality control and fast delivery, all orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our own facility in Ontario, Canada.
Once handed over to our logistics partners—typically DHL, FedEx, or UPS Priority services—delivery to the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States generally takes 5–10 business days.
How can I track the status of my delivery?
Transparency is a priority for our service. Automated notifications will be sent to the email address provided at checkout during key milestones:

What happens if my order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe?
In the event that a shipment exceeds the standard delivery window, our team will initiate a formal investigation with the respective carrier. Based on the findings, we will provide a prompt resolution, which may include a full refund or a replacement shipment.

What is your return policy for European and UK customers?
In compliance with European consumer protection regulations, customers within the European Union and the United Kingdom have a 14-day Right of Withdrawal. You may return your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
For our US customers, we offer a standard 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive a product that is damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please notify our customer service team via email immediately. To expedite a resolution, we require photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. In such instances, you are not required to return the damaged item.
